The one-bedroom apartment in "Sunny beach hills" with a total area of 66 sq m, located in the most exclusive area of Sunny beach, surrounded by luxury hotels at the foot of the mountains. The combination of sea breeze, pine forests and mountain air, make this place unique.

The apartment is spacious, 2 floor, fully furnished. Didn't give up. The owner lived only 6 weeks in two seasons. Great kitchen with a viewing window to the courtyard, has everything necessary for cooking. Large bathroom with shower, Hairdryer. Iron, Ironing Board. Satellite TV. Balcony (table+chairs).
