The property is 100 m from the sea, on the mountainside. There is a fir wood behind the hotel, so the air is fresh given the location. Earlier it was located in front of children's resort for treatment of respiratory diseases (now a 5-star hotel RIO). The hotel suggests relaxation and families with children: large, very cozy fenced green territory (even on the hottest days it is cool and comfortable there) with round the clock security. On site: children's playground, outdoor fitness, in June all in the blooming roses! On site there is an inexpensive bar, you can order room service, swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, minimarket, laundry, paid court.
The studio apartment is located on the first floor. There is a washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, iron, hairdryer, dryer, ironing board, all necessary utensils. Double bed, folding sofa, folding bed, furniture for balcony (table + chairs), dining table with chairs, bed linen, towels. Internet and TV for a fee.
Close (10 min) is supermarket Mercury, bus stop, car rental, market with good prices on fruits and vegetables, lower than in the stores.
