The owner rents out one-bedroom apartment, the total area of the apartment is 73 square meters, located in the complex River Park with a swimming pool. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has a balcony overlooking the pool and sea.

Equipped with: kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioning, television, Internet, the living room has a large sofa, the bedroom — bedroom suite.

River Park Hotel is situated in Sunny Beach resort, 150 m from the beach, minutes walk from Nessebar, surrounded by lush green vegetation. Located 30 km from Bourgas international airport (if necessary, transfer service from Burgas airport is provided).

Near the complex is a stop (for buses and taxis to Sunny Beach, St Vlas, Nessebar and Burgas). Supermarket and mini-market, shopping street, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, within walking distance of all the resort infrastructure: water park, shops, playgrounds and childcare centers, currency exchange offices, medical and spa-centers, massage rooms, baths and saunas, pharmacies, hairdresser, discos, tennis court, car and Segway rentals, a tour desk.
