Four studio apartments are offered for rent in Abelia Residence Apartcomplex, Sunny Beach. The building is new (commissioned in 2009). 3rd floor.

This is a studio apartment without washing machine.

Each studio accommodates four. All studios provide cable Internet and TV.

The property features round-the-clock security, guarded parking, playground, swimming pool. The sea is 500 metres away. Within easy reach of Mladost Supermarket.

The studio apartments are fully equipped: furniture (double bed, folding sofa for two, closet, etc.), bed linens (two sets), towels, kitchenette with cooker, kitchenware, electric kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator.
