The property is located only 150 meters from the sea in a quiet and well-developed area of the resort town of Saint Vlas. A bus stop to the old town of Nessebar and Sunny Beach is a 5 minute walk away. The Airport of Burgas is 35 km away.

This cozy apartment accommodates up to two adults and two children.
