The apartment is located in holiday complex SIANA 4, the resort of St Vlas.
The complex SIANA 4 is located in the southern part of St Vlas, just 150 m from the beach (5 min. walk).
Cozy 7-storeyed apartment complex. Some of the apartments in the complex overlook the sea. The house is built in typical Mediterranean style and offers comfort, peace and quiet for a good rest and stay.

The apartment has an area of 35 sq.m. and consists of one large room — a living room with kitchenette. The apartment is fully furnished. It features a good sofa bed for two persons and a pull-out chair bed. Air conditioning, bathroom with shower / WC, washing machine. The kitchen is fitted with appliances (refrigerator, cooker with two burners, microwave oven, hood, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, dishes).
