Cozy one bedroom apartment for couples or families with children in "Sunny Day 3". To the sea 1 km. All the infrastructure is there!
Excellent one-bedroom (1-bedroom) apartment away from noisy bars and clubs. Located on the third floor of a four-storey building in Sunny Day 3 (not to be confused with Sunny Day Hotel 3*).
Two balconies: one in the bedroom (small), the second - in the living room (with a table and chairs). Each room has independent air conditioners. There are all necessary for living: furniture, refrigerator, electric stove, oven, kettle, dishes, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, large TV (in the photo shows the old, do not mind).
In the bedroom - a full double bed, bedside tables, closet. In the living room - folding sofa, table, folding chairs.
Large area of green. Very nice for walks.
Swimming pool.
A bar near the pool.
Parking is free near the complex, as well as in its territory.
The complex has round the clock security and video surveillance.
WiFi is available throughout the complex, for a fee (about 15€ per month; to be purchased at reception).
