Short description

Two bedroom apartment on the first floor, all rooms open onto a terrace to the pools (a children's). Two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, built-in kitchen unit with appliances and utensils, furniture, TV, iron and Ironing Board, 2 air conditioners, washing machine.

Central district, 15 minutes from the sea, quiet green place, near the Park, shops, restaurants. On the guarded territory of the complex there is a cafe, Billiards. By the pools sun loungers. There is a private car Park. Have a good rest with children. The complex can be seen via satellite, district Seagull. The Manager speaks Russian. Cleaning available at an additional cost. On the spot pay my representative 100-150 euros for utilities — depends on the time. He can meet at the airport (17 euros) or provide a car.
