The owner rents a Studio apartment (45 sqm) in the complex Sweet Homes 2 Apartments & Spa in Sunny beach. City center, quiet location, 7 minutes walk to the beach. Near the house is the largest water Park in Bulgaria.

In the house — own Spa centre with massage room, sauna, steam room, shower area and relaxation room, ice room, Jacuzzi, fitness center, Solarium. Close to home — the entire infrastructure: year-round supermarket, cafes and restaurants. On-site — Playground, children's room with remote parental control home TV. There is a private Wi-Fi.
