Two one-bedroom apartments (my property) are located in Laguna 3 Apartcomplex. The complex is located behind the building of the Royal Sun, to the left of the supermarkets Mladost and Perla, a three minute walk away. The center is a 10-minute walk away. The sea is a 10-minute walk (350–400 meters) away.
These neighboring one-bedroom apartments are small, located on the second floor. The price for these apartments depends on the term of rent. Discount is provided for a long term (one month or more).
The area is quiet and located close to the center. What is more important, it is located near the supermarkets Mladost and Perla, to buy cheap goods (prices are lower by 40–70 % than in others).
The apartment includes two rooms. The living room offers a fitted kitchenette with a cooker, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge, a washing machine and everything else for cooking. Air-conditioning and TV are provided. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and a balcony. The bedroom has a double bed. Linen and towels( except a beach towel) are provided. The cleaning can be requested from management at an additional cost.
Wi-Fi is provided for a fee. The parking is provided for guests free of charge. The apartment is offered for rent on rental contract. Deposit for booking is 25 % of the rental cost. In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded. Electricity and water at the rate of €0.5 per person per day and the final cleaning of €25 are paid additionally. If necessary, we provide transfer from the airport and booking confirmation for visa.
