Short description

The studio flat is located in the central area of Sunny Beach, 15 minutes walk from the sea. The property is situated in Chaika area. The noise of traffic and discos is not heard. A five minute walk away is a large supermarket (for young mothers there is a great choice of European branded baby food), vegetable and fish shops and water park, exchange office 50 m away.

The property has a restaurant. 10 minutes drive by bus is Nessebar, a museum town protected by UNESCO. By bus (preferably taxi), you can reach the town of Pomorie, where is a black beach with healing muds. SPA, sauna and gym for a fee. The entrance to the property is via an electronic lock.
