One-bedroom apartment for rent in Sunny Beach.
The apartment is located in Summer Dreams holiday complex, a 10-minute walk from the sea. Two minutes walk away is a bus stop, and 7 minutes walk away is the bus station.
The centre (Kuban) is within walking distance — 15 minutes walk or 2 stops by bus.
The complex has two pools (one for children), a small playground, a nice restaurant. Despite the fact that the property is located close to the sea, the noise of the discos does not disturb your sleep. There is free unguarded parking near the complex.
The apartment with an area of 53 sq.m. is located on the 1st floor, has two terraces from where you can go to the pool. Living room with kitchen area: a large double corner sofa (convertible), TV, air-conditioning, armchair, desk, opens to a terrace.
Kitchen and all necessary utensils: pots (3 pcs), pans (3 pcs), cooker with two burners, electric oven, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, set of dishes (plates, cups, glasses, spoons, forks, knives — 6 pcs each) and other utensils needed in the kitchen.
Bedroom: double bed, sofa, wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning, exit to the terrace.
Everything necessary for living: bed linen and towels set for changing, washing machine, iron + ironing board, vacuum cleaner, bucket + mop, basin, broom + dustpan.
There is plastic lounge furniture on the terrace; the terrace itself is hidden from prying eyes with evergreen thujas.
