Two-bedroom apartment in "Villa Grazia", with one bedroom. This complex is situated in Ravda, Bulgaria. The apartment of 50 square meters on the 2nd floor, 4-storey building.
The complex of Villa Grazia is located 30 meters from the sea and 100 metres from the beach.
The living room has a folding sofa and the bedroom has a double bed (suitable for 2 adults and 1+1 children).
The apartment has fridge, stove and electric kettle, washing machine, kitchen with necessary utensils and cooking facilities, air conditioning in every room, balcony with two chairs and a table. Bed linen and towels. Wardrobes with hangers and shelves for clothes, a table and chairs, dryer. A toilet room with washing machine and shower cabin.
The complex is carried out round the clock surveillance.
The minimum rental period is 7 days.
With a reasonable consumption of water and electricity the approximate consumption rate in a week on the water is 5 euros, for electricity € 5. These costs are included in the rent. In case of significant excess of specified norms of consumption of water and electricity, offers in addition to pay excessive costs for water and electricity by meter reading.
Unlimited Wi-Fi and cable TV with Russian channels are included in the price.
Security Deposit 100 euros. Fully refundable to the guest in the absence of damage to the property owner, the fault of the resident or exceed the above standards for the consumption of water and electricity.
