A large studio apartment (35 sq.m) is offered for rent in the town of Pomorie on the 2nd floor of a 5-storey building with a large pool and a small one (for kids). The sea is 50 meters away with a clean sandy beach.
The studio apartment is fully furnished, air-conditioned, has a kitchenette, refrigerator, boiler, electric kettle, satellite TV, iron, microwave oven, washer, terrace. Fitted kitchenette, kitchenware, and dining table. The bathroom features a shower stall. There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including bed sheets. Gas supply is provided. The apartment is equipped with gas heating, has a combined glass-ceramic hotplate (2 gas burners, 2 electric burners). Because of the gas heating, it is comfortable all year round.
There is a very good supermarket with fresh fish, meat, vegetables, fruit, and wide range of alcoholic drinks and juices on the ground floor of the building. Delicatessen, take-away hot food, various salads and pastries (very tasty food, good chef and cooks).
The area has a well-developed infrastructure, shops, cafes and restaurants to suit different tastes and not very expensive, fruit and vegetable shops, and a market. Next is a spa clinic (mud baths). Pomorie is a balneological health resort. Best spas are within 100 m from the house. Here you can live all year round, relax and restore your health. Discounts for longer stays are available.
