Two-room apartment with an area of 64 sq.m. accommodates 4 persons. Located on the 4th floor of a five-storeyed building, the house has a lift. It consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with furniture, a living room with kitchen unit, wardrobe, bathroom and terrace. The apartment has 2 double beds, cupboards, crockery, bed linen, iron, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, two air conditioners, two TV-sets, cable television, Internet, toilet, shower.

There are two large car parks near the building where you can park your car for free. There are 2 Spa-complexes with a full range of treatments on the basis of the Pomorie muds within walking distance.
