Short description

Two-room cozy flat on the fourth floor and located 150 m from the sea. There is a sofa (folding) and a table, a TV-set in the sitting-room. It has an entrance to the balcony. The sitting-room is connected with kitchen, the kitchen block has following appliances: microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator, cooker, washing machine. There is a double bed, a wardrobe, dressing table with mirror in the bedroom. The bathroom has a boiler, a shower unit and toilet. The flat has everything for comfortable stay, including linen for change, 4 towels, kitchenware, tableware, iron and ironing board. There is air-conditioning in the sitting-room. TV and WI-FI for free. 150 meters from the complex: 24/24 supermarket with delicatessen and baby foods, pharmacy and currency exchange; restaurant is 50 meters away; shopping street  with a lot of boutiques restaurants and cafes is 100 meters away.
