Description: four-storey building built in 2007 in the new part of the resort area of the municipality of Nessebar, 6 km from the famous Black sea resort Sunny beach, 500 m from the South beach and 900 m from the picturesque town-Museum of Nessebar, which is located on a small rocky peninsula and is included in the list of world cultural heritage of UNESCO.
